Choose your height
- Table height (18“) — the classic set chair. Fits under standard tables; the one to buy if you’re not sure.
- Counter height (24“) — kitchen islands, workbenches, trade-show counters.
- Bar height (30“) — the “director’s chair” silhouette everyone pictures: tall, canvas back, name across the top.
Classic, Contemporary, and Commercial frames are all here — Commercial frames carry a heavier rating for daily production use.
Embroidered or printed?
Both. Embroidery is thread stitched into the canvas — it’s the premium look, it outlasts the canvas itself, and it’s what most of our repeat customers choose for names and titles. Printing lays ink onto the canvas — the better choice for detailed logos, fine lettering, or larger artwork. If you’re sending us a team or production logo, upload the file in the configurator and we’ll match the method to the artwork.

Every design we’ve stitched has a design ID in our library — 26 years of them. Reordering a chair for a new crew member, or a fresh canvas in the same lettering, takes one phone call or the reorder box at checkout. Same font, same thread, same layout, no guesswork.
FAQ
How long does a personalized directors chair take?
When your chair is in stock, personalized orders ship within 2–3 business days; plain chairs ship in 1–2. Gold Medal directors chairs ship direct from the manufacturer and can add a few days.
Can you put our company or team logo on the chairs?
Yes — logo work is quoted from your artwork, since price depends on the design. Send a vector file or high-resolution image through the quote form and you’ll have a price within 2 business days.
What text fits on the back?
Two lines inside, two lines outside, up to the character limits shown in the configurator. Names, titles (“DIRECTOR”, “COACH”), or both — the preview shows the layout before you order.
Can I replace the canvas without replacing the chair?
Yes. Every chair here has a matching replacement canvas, and we can personalize the new canvas to match your original design from our library.
